When I could not get the results I needed for my online order, I picked up the phone and called - that's where Tyler comes in. He obviously wanted to make this new customer happy and that he did by matching the price I had found from another company, but what I wanted wasn't in stock there. You had it, he matched it, and I am very appreciative. You obviously know how to make customers return to you over and over again b/c that will be me!!!
