I bought these as casual sandals, but I'm moving them up to dressy/casual (especially in the tortoise). Comfortable, pretty, and they stay on your feet because of the stretch. I wanted it in a Wide because Stuart Weitzman tends to run narrow, but this fit just right in a Medium. And it's a true 5 1/2.

YES and YAY!!! I own about 40 pairs of Stuarts, and these have quickly made their way to the top 2. WONDERFUL!!! I can't say enough about them!!! I won't easily take these off. All footwear should be like this!!! My feet are enlightened!

 |  | Dear Zappos, I am a very happy customer. I wanted to write and tell you HOW MUCH. I have spent thousands of dollars on shoes from Zappos online in the past few years. I live near an outlet and have only been there once. I buy shoes for everyone; me, my husband, my grandkids. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Zappos, never been refused wonderful and courteous service. There is no one out there in the world that I know of who has the customer service you do. It is unparalleled and the reason people come back and back. Zappos is successful in every way because of the customer service. Shoes can be bought anywhere. Customer happiness cannot. I have several stores and online sites that I will never shop at again because of customer service. I only give a place of business, including restaurants, one time to mess up.
