Very good purchase. True to size, makes your feet look smaller (my size is 9, so I need that), very, very cute. Good price for the quality.

I ordered these in sesame and am very happy with them. The fit is perfect, true to size, and the color is a nice change from many brown/tan shades, yet goes with everything. Most notably, the shoes are extremely comfortable. There is some carefully placed padding inside that allows them to fit like a glove. They don't feel like heels at all (not that they're all that high anyway). They also look very cute on your feet and make your feet look smaller than they are. Highly recommend!

These are fantastic! I got so many compliments on these the first day I wore them to work. They fit true to size and are really comfy. They are also the best-looking faux leather shoes I have. I\\\'m a veg so I always buy faux leather. Couldn\\\'t be happier.

Very cute. A touch of a military look and still uber feminine. I'm in college, so I don't wear them around campus because my feet hurt bad, but for casual, short distances they're perfect. I love Zappos. Shipped so fast!

Couldn't find these shoes in any of the stores in my area. I had to have them so I ordered and I am very pleased. Low heel so they are very comfy but still dressy. This style can be worn for work and/or going out. Love them; they are a great fall shoe.

Definitely get a half size smaller than your usual size! They\'re pretty cute and comfortable. Definitely a good buy for the price!

I was really happy when I received these cute shoes! They are right on trend, the popular bootie. They look great with leggings, skirts, and skinny jeans. They are also very comfortable for a shoe having a heel; a big bonus! Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Nice boot. I really like the color & style (goes w/ just about everything. If you have wide feet like I do, this may not be the right boot for you. I keep trying to convince myself that they will eventually stretch out, but b/c it's a manmade upper shoe I am doubtful. Otherwise, they would be extremely comfortable.

These boots are amazing. I love boots; that's kind of what I buy most. You could easily dance with these; you wont get tired. I will get these boots again. Steve Madden and Madden Girl are the most comfy brand ever.

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site – I would probably fill one out after every order.
