These shoes are terrific! They are super light and also very cute. I will be wearing them with my scrubs in the veterinary field and they're just perfect. The reviewers that mentioned the high heels are correct; the heel material does goes up a little high if you have shallow heels. However, in my case, the material is soft enough that it is not bothering or cutting up my heel.

I have been wearing Earth shoes since high school. They are very comfortable and easy to get use to. Although I am not new to them, these slip in shoes took awhile to get used to. The back of the shoe seems to cut into the back of your foot. I put heel liners on the back and they seem to work. I bought these to take on a cruise but I think they may be too unconfortable to wear with all the walking we will be doing. But for wearing at home, they are just fine.

The concept of this shoe is great, but after wearing them and walking in them for a time the heel of the shoe dug into the heel of my foot causing it to bleed. I was very disappointed.

I loved these shoes so much I bought a second pair in black. I have an outfit that the shoes match perfectly. They are comfortable, fit to size and width, and glamourous enough for work and evening. Now, if Earth would only make beautiful sandals.

These shoes are soo cute and so different from any others that I own. I bought them in black first and then came back and ordered them in the pale orange. I LOVE them and now I have to go out and get more outfits to wear with them. I will be buying another pair real soon. You can't go wrong with these. Oh, I work retail and I can stand all day long in them! Cute and comfy! What a great combination, huh?

Cute shoe all the way around, except since the heel cup is deep, the backs dig into the heel and is difficult to walk; eventually you'll end up with raw heels as other reviewers have said. Just make the heel area a bit shallower and they'd be perfect. Sorry to return. Zappos you are GREAT!

Heel Shredder!!
Like many of the Earth shoe reviews, sadly this shoe mercilessly digs into my heels to the point where they bled. Its a shame for such an expensive shoe. I cant wear them as much as I would like because I have to let my heels HEAL before I put these things back on! Very cute though.

I also wanted to send a much belated thank you for a service you did for me about a year ago. At the time, my son broke his leg very badly and we needed some "basketball breakaway pants" to put over it so he could go out of the house, as the cast was quite large. We couldn't find them anywhere, but my mother found them on your website.
