These shoes are so gorgeous in person. The brown leather strap really looks good against the leg and the shiny black patent is stunning. These shoes are sexy and fit like a dream. Yes, they are a high heel, but the ankle strap really seems to hold the foot in securely. Packaged beautifully and worth the money. Really hot shoes.

Great, sexy and comfortable shoes! These are my third and fourth pair of Cole Haan's with Nike Air (I bought the black and feather/grey in this style) and they're amazing. Very comfortable, I'm used to heels and am in all day. The padding in the forefoot means that your feet don't scream at you and they're very comfortable to walk in. I get compliments from both men and women on these shoes. Would buy the fuchsia pair, too, if they still had my size. FYI, I have a higher instep and a wide foot and I simply do not have issues with these shoes. Love, love, love.

I have a very narrow foot (9N) and am always on the lookout for beautiful, hip-looking shoes to fit my skinny, long feet. I had admired these Cole Haans on the Zappos site for a while, and it was only after I saw the"Only one more in your size!" warning that I actually ordered them. They are even sexier in person than they are in the photo, and fit perfectly! I honestly don't have a real reason to keep them (my lifestyle as a working mom has me either in flip-flops at home, or pumps at work) but I couldn't bear to send them back. Since I've only worn them around the house I can't attest to their true wearability, but they appear to be quite comfortable and are surprisingly un-wobbly due to the full heel and secure ankle-strap. I'm looking forward to an excuse to wear them out on the town!

I fell in love with these shoes when I saw them on my friend\'s feet and had to have them for myself! They are very sexy and so beautiful. \r\n\r\nI ordered from Zappos and the shipping was super fast, however they were too big and I had to send them back which about broke my heart. (These shoes fit true to size, meaning order whatever size you wear normally.) Unfortunately, Zappos did not have my size and color choice in stock, so I spent a few bucks more and got them from some place else, but I can tell you, I definitely will/have ordered from Zappos again! Great and easy to do business with!

I looked at these shoes on the Zappos website for the longest time before I bought them as I wasn't sure that I wanted to spend that much money for them. Finally I bought the black pair and am I pleased. I love, love, love them. They are really sexy, to the point that I get many compliments from men. How often does a guy notice your shoes? They are comfortable as well. They fit true to size and I am so happy I own them.

 |  | I know many times all you hear about are complaints, but this note is just to let you know that out of all my experiences with websites and purchasing online (which I do a lot of), your website, your ordering process, and your return process is the easiest I have ever experienced. I just a placed an order, and it was just like “1, 2, 3,” and I had made my purchase. I have ordered from you before, and unfortunately had to make some returns, but it was a breeze to return.
