I don't usually take the time to give reviews, but I had such an amazing experience with Zappos that I feel obligated to tell others. I had spent several weeks shopping local shoes stores for shoes for my son and could not find anything acceptable that were his size. I remembered ordering from Zappos in the past (for something difficult to find), so thought I would give them a try again. Lo and behold, they had the exact shoes he wanted and even had them available in his size. It was late in the evening when I placed my order for 3-4 day shipping. To my surprise, by 2 pm the very next day, my order had arrived. The order was perfect, the service was perfect, the price was even less than the store price. I will definitely use Zappos again and recommend them to everyone!

 |  | Wow. Now THAT'S service. My husband has used your shoes for the past few years, since he found this particular Nike brand that worked well. He's retiring on the 30th after 32 years with UPS (never took a sick day, never missed work, and never had an accident or injury. He was last year's Utah Driver of the Year) and I told him he just HAD to get some new shoes for the occasion. They'll honor him for a few minutes before everyone takes off for the work day, so we were worried if they'd get here in time. He's told lots of UPS'ers about his shoes, and your site. Thanks for your excellent service. We'll continue using your site over all others because of your attention to detail and your excellent track record.
