After many returns (thank you, Zappos!), I finally found a great sandal for my 2 year-old! I was looking for something for an upcoming vacation to Europe. These are the perfect combination of casual yet nice--they can be dressed up or down. I love the style, and I love that they have a closed toe. The leather is very soft, especially at the back of the heel, where many shoes can be very stiff. The sole is very flexible, too. These run wide and are great for wide feet. This was my first pair of Primigi shoes, and I really do like them. I only have 1 minor complaint: they are just a tad bit high up on the ankles (although this doesn't seem to bother my son).

 |  | I want you to know how pleased I am that my dad received his shoes so quickly! He got them today. I am amazed! He is a patient at the VA hospital in Denver. He is a WWll combat veteran who lost his leg after stepping on a land mine. Recently, he was taken to the VA hospital because no one at his present home could care for him. He was sick, malnourished, and to add insult to injury, could not use his prosthetic leg because it caused a sore on his amputated stump. To shorten a long story, he had no shoes with him with which to begin learning to use his new prosthesis. I ordered them Saturday as soon as I hung up talking with him and he received them today. Now he can begin the long journey to regain his stride and health. He will be returning to the east coast of Virginia to be with family.
