Pretty good overall, but not perfect -
This shoe is a good, simple, shoe, but it kind of squeaks a lot when I walk. Somehow the rubber on the bottom is very squeaky. It's comfortable, though and I'll probably wear it as a very casual slip-on when I need to run an errand.

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site – I would probably fill one out after every order.
