The toe piece is too far back on the Bonefish. This places your heel at the very back and leaves lots of toe room. The pair I ordered were a size 14 in mens. They are on their way back. The cushion feels very soft but has a strange surface that might become an issue during an extended wear. Not a fan of this design.

I'm impressed! Few companies care about customer service anymore because they seem to believe they have American consumers "over a barrel." Why provide good customer service when they don't have to? At least goes the thinking. I deplore talking to "Customer Service" representatives in overseas. I don't understand them and they don't understand me. And they don't solve problems, they just read from printed cue cards. So...THANK YOU for caring about customer service. It DOES matter to me, it DOES matter to the American public. Next time I need shoes, you'll be the first place I shop.
