Color, Style, Quality are five star!
I bought the red/maroon color. These shoes look great. The styling and saturated color work together for a striking look. I so wish I could also give five stars for the fit. Pinches a little in toe box, even though I sized up 1/2 size. Will fit you well if you have narrow side of medium width. If the fit works for you, you won't be disappointed in quality.

 |  | After placing an order online, I realized that I didn't log into the site with the VIP, but with the regular Zappos.com. I immediately called your 24/7 hot line, and had one of the best customer service agents ever! Not only was she helpful in changing the shipping immediately, I also asked her to help me find similar boots in a different color, and she really tried her best to do so. I want to thank her once again for her kindness, support, and help! It is easy and fast to complain, and very rare to get a compliment! This is definitely a compliment for an excellent rep!
