I've been wearing New Balance for years, and my old ones sort of looked like these, and that's why I ordered them. There were no reviews yet, so thought I'd take a chance. Did not like these at all. When you take a step and the leather bends across the toes, it presses down. You really feel it. Very uncomfortable. Very weird! But Zappos rocks!

Your staff is so helpful, and ordering or exchanging (like I had to do) has been so easy that you definitely have my business again and again. It’s so hard to find a business as good as yours these days and I thought you should know that. THANK YOU again for making it so easy for me.
