I love the look and feel of the shoe, but contrary to other reviews I find the shoe to run a bit large. I wear a ladies dress shoe 7 and the 7 was at least a 1/2 size large and maybe a whole size. I have re-ordered a smaller size because I think they're great!

These shoes are great. They are very stylish and quite comfortable. No binding anywhere. They are true to fit. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Nice shoe for narrow feet -
This is an attractive well made shoe, but the 8.5 medium felt like an 8 narrow. Toe box tends to be confining also. I occasionally wear narrow shoes and was surprised these were described as medium.

 |  | I just called Zappos to ask questions about shoe width (I need a wider size) and a rep helped me to find some boots that come in wide sizes, of which I ordered two pair. She was very helpful and friendly, and also upgraded me to VIP status. I'm THRILLED that my order will come tomorrow! And my return will be sped up as well. Thanks to the rep for doing a great job!
