Nice looking. It looks comfortable at seeing, but the surface inside is really rough. So it has to be worn with socks. Otherwise your feet get scratched.

This has got to be the 5th yr I bought from Zappos for my twins. My girl loves these sandals and it keeps her toes safe from those open toe fancy "big girl" sandals. I also love that they are sturdy. My girl wore these on our trip to the Acropolis and not a scratch nor wear. She did not complain about the long walks up there. My son also had sandals from Zappos that held up to the sand, dust, and slippery rocks up there. They were truly put to the test last summer. One more thing, they look like little girl sandals and not some "bratty" look to make your girl look like she is 21 already. I believe a girl should look like a little girl. Boy, this is long. BUY FROM ZAPPOS!

Cute, but not so narrow -
I usually love Stride Rite shoes but I was a bit disappointed with this shoe. The shoe size runs small and wide. I ordered a 13N (narrow) but it fit more like a 12 1/2M (medium width). I was so excited to find Stride Rites in narrow, but these shoes are definitely not narrow. I do, however, love that the buckle is actually part of a velcro strap. My 5 year old would not be able to fasten the buckle by herself. The great thing about this shoe is that it can be worn for dress or casual.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: If you're looking for a shoe that has true narrows, try a Nina shoe

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site – I would probably fill one out after every order.
