Love this shoe, very comfortable, sleek and stylish looking. The woven leather is soft and lovely, upscale and attractive-looking (to match the price!). Heel is high enough to be flattering and looked "dressed", but no so high as to be teetering or impractical. Great with jeans or nicer pants. The deep brown color is just right, not too dark, nor too light. The only thing is, I have a wide foot, and am normally an 8D. However, this shoe was too wide toward the heel, so it was falling off when I walked. So I reordered a half-size down, which fits fine. I do really love this shoe!

I ordered football cleats for my son for an upcoming playoff game in a brand I've never bought before and they were too narrow. I called at 9:30 p.m. to exchange them for the brand I normally buy. The exchange arrived the NEXT DAY at no extra charge! That is the best service I've ever received from an internet company!
