This is my new favorite low heeled boot! I just can't say how much I love this classy boot, but with that said, beware: it runs a full size large. I never have to buy down, but with this boot, my foot was swimming in my normal 8 1/2! But the 7 1/2 fit perfectly. Also, I have a very narrow foot and the narrow actually fit perfectly without innersoles or heavy socks. So normal width gals, you may need a wider width. This boot looks especially great with leggings so the ruched top can be seen. I ordered both black and brown and they seem to be super well made!

These boots are really cute! If you're thinking about ordering them, you need to know that these boots are true-to-size. In fact, I wear a 7.5, so that's what I ordered, and the left boot is just a little big. However, it will probably be perfect with socks.

 | | All too often people log only complaints with companies for doing something wrong, but few take the same time to acknowledge the good. I received an email that my order was upgraded to priority shipping for no other reason than to say Thanks for the business. These are the kinds of things that totally win over customers, getting something extra when all you expect is the normal. Thanks for the added bonus, you've got a new loyal customer who has already mentioned this to several co-workers today. | | ~ Tim H., October 20 2009
