Thanks to those who helped me on my last order from Zappos. First of all, I ordered the wrong shoes and size. Called and was sent a label to return them. Found the two new pair that I liked so well. They came, but unfortunately they too were the wrong size. I called and got the next smaller size, but they didn't have the black pair at that moment. Was told that they would alert me as soon as the black were available. Very next day received email that the black pair was there and would send them immediately. They were on my front door the next morning. What great service from Zappos. Will always be number one for me. Love the shoes I just received. Thanks so much.

Well, like the saying goes, let your fingers do the walking. That's how simple it was for me to shop at Zappos. I had at my finger tips the biggest selection of all styles of shoes. I was able to zoom in on what my pocket could afford and get a very good quality shoe with lots of class and style. At the same time I found out I could afford a second pair. What I like is the ability to return with no charge, that's service. I will certainly keep going back to Zappos site in the near future. I certainly have gotten lots of compliments on my shoes, but most of all I love them. Of course, I mention how easy it was to shop Zappos.

I had been shopping for a pair of dress loafers at a reasonable price, locally, and I couldn't find anything I liked. I decided to check out Zappos to see what they had to offer. I found the Bostonian Vespin design on your web site at the price point I was willing to pay. I have enjoyed wearing them. They are stylish and go very well with a suit or even jeans or chinos. I would recommend to anyone that checking out the shoes at the Zappos site is worth the while.

I bought these for my husband as a gift. He loved the fit and style. He said that they felt wonderful from the first time he tried them on and they have only gotten better with use. Thank you Zappos for a great shoe and an even better price.

Great looking shoe, but run very wide and long. Don\'t bother ordering if you have a narrow or medium foot. Order a half size smaller, at least.

The Vespin -
My foot is thick at the strap level of this shoe. I first ordered the wide version and my foot slipped too much. I now have the medium version and the shoe is too tight. No elastic or give. So I have been using shoe trees to try to stretch the leather. I really like the appearance. I have both black and brown.
