Very comfortable casual shoe. The width is perfect; however, it is necessary to get it in a half size larger then normally worn. I enjoy wearing the shoe with jeans as well as slacks.

Very nice shoe; good weight and color. Very comfortable. As suggested, I ordered 1/2 size larger and the fit was good. But the upper shoe is so soft that it tends to move up and down on the foot as you walk, not enough to fall off, but just enough to be slightly unstable.

The shoes are so comfortable! I like the sole. And it's freat to be able to get a stylish wide width shoe that doesn't look like orthopedic shoes.

These shoes ran very small. They did not have a half size larger so I bought a full size larger which is a bit big. They are a great loafer and very comfortable but the sizing is a real issue.

I wear a 9N shoe. The softspots promenade are very comfortable. I wore these at a wedding for the first time and they were very comfortable.

Softspots Promenade is a good looking shoe and seems to be well made. The narrow width is true to size, but it only fits without socks. The insole is made of a suedelike material and a sock will not slide into the shoe easily and bunches up at the toe for an uncomfortable fit if you can get the shoe on. I tried the medium width, and the toe room was more comfortable, but the heel was way too wide to stay on my foot. This shoe looks good and I did keep the 9 1/2 narrow and I\'m going to try stretching it out at the toe to make it more comfortable, but I would not order another pair with this type of insole. Also the description of the shoe implied that the leather might be deer skin which would make this shoe a lot softer and more comfortable than it actually is.

Customer Service Department was wonderful when I called in my order. All policies were clearly explained and easy to understand. I found this to be refreshing in a world where customer service is handled by automation. Thanks for the great service! Narrow sizes are hard to find and to have so many choices available made me feel like a kid in a candy store.
