These shoes are so comfortable. I stand at work for 7 hours and these help me out. I like that they are comfortable but still cute. I highly recommend these shoes.

Pretty cute, but not super stylish (a good basic, in other words). This shoe has good arch support, but seems to run narrow. I usually don't have much a problem with shoe width, so this stood out to me. Squeezed my toes uncomfortably.

The Softspots Paxton is just what I wanted for business wear. Nice heel height, beautiful brown suede, wonderful cushion. It took a day or two to break them, but once done they are a joy to wear.

I have big feet and usually prefer wearing heels, even though I am tall, I just feel dumpy in flats.\r\nI was looking for a comfortable shoe to throw on with jeans before boot season. These shoes are not bad looking and literally feel like I am walking on air. I bought my first pair in a 10, which sometimes fit (why shoe manufacturers dont do a 10.5, I will never know), they were WAY too small. I got the (gulp) 11\'s and though they are a hair big, they feel amazing.

Sadly, I had to send these back. Softspots usually fit me perfectly, but not these shoes - the toe box felt short and confining. The shoes are very cute and otherwise would have been perfect - but the fit was just too uncomfortable.

The shoe was very stiff. The heel did not fit well; your foot slipped out of the shoe.

I found these shoes to be moderately comfortable. I bought them for a trip to Europe, where I knew I would spend a lot of time walking on cobblestones. For the most part, they were okay, but I found that the front part of the vamp cut into the top of my foot, so I had to stop wearing them. I would not buy them again.

Great shoes. It's so nice to have a pair that actually fit! It's impossible to find narrow shoes, let alone ones that are cute and comfortable. Really happy with them. Please, softspots, keep making narrow shoes!

These shoes fill the bill! Wanted something very comfortable to work in during B&B business and weddings without looking orthopedic and these are wonderful. Very soft cushioning and look great. They came in narrow! Thank you Softspots!

Unfortunately, I\'m sending these shoes back. The footbed was very soft and comfortable, but the shoe felt heavy. While I really like the shape and height of the heel, the overall look of the shoe just didn\'t work for me.\r\n\r\nThanks, Zappos for making shopping so easy!

Great shoe. Since I am on my feet for hours at a time, this shoe has been wonderful for me. It is comfy and cute, even in a size 10.

These shoes look and feel great. They are very cushiony so that you barely feel the slight heel. The patent accents give them some style, and they look good with either pants or skirts.

These shoes are adorable, but they did not fit me. The toe box pinched my feet and every time I took a step, my foot slipped out of the back of the shoe. So the shoe was simultaneously too small and too big -- for me anyway.

Excellent! I bought these in black leather size 7.0M as work shoes for my mom. She's been having a lot of back/hip/leg/foot pain, and since she has to stand all day at work, her sneakers just weren't cutting it anymore. It seemed like finding cute (aka stylish and not elderly-looking) orthopedic-type shoes would be impossible, but then I discovered Softspots! I ordered half size up, and they fit her perfectly, though she does wear them with socks. The design is classic and simple, and the wedge heel gives her stability and comfort. Plus, Zappos upgraded my shipping to priority, and they arrived in one day, on the day of my mother's birthday! I love Zappos!

Stable and comfy, but a tad dowdy. These are comfy, stable (I never wear heels) and flattering on my long feet. They look a little bit like shoes for older women, though. But would be a comfy and practical work shoe; can be worn with skirts and pants. I will probably keep them even though the styling is a tad dowdy. I got the black suede in size 11N and I found that they ran true to size.

Major heel slip - This shoe is super cute and has a very comfortable footpad. However, that is where my positive comments end. I have rather wide feet and am always trying to find attractive, youthful shoes. Unfortunately, these shoes are not terribly wide (I had to get a WW, and usually, I'm just a W), and no matter how small of a size I ordered, the heel continuously slipped off. And I'm not talking about a little slip that causes a blister; the whole shoe practically falls off my foot with every step. Even putting in those stick-in heel pads didn't help. Such a shame!

I bought these in the purple and love them! They\'re soft and cushy, though a little bit on the hot side. The first time I wore them the back gave me a little bit of a blister but since then they\'ve been fine. The velvet just makes it look very upscale. The outside edge of my right foot tends to hurt by the end of the day, but that tends to happen to me often, though I was hoping to find a pair that wouldn\'t do this to me.

This shoe is absolutely adorable! I love the whole look and feel of it. Unfortunately, I bought it in a 10 and it was too small. Then a tried an 11, which was too big. It's a shame this shoe doesn't come in a 10.5 because I know it would have worked perfectly. I even tried shoe pads in the back, but they were still way too big. Oh well, I'll keep trying with Zappos.

This shoes are amazing! I am an event manager and need comfortable, fashion-forward shoes, which are hard to find for a size 11, wide foot. But, Sisters, this one fits the bill! They were comfortable and cute from the moment I pulled them from the box. The purple velvet goes with most other colors, but the velvet is a bit more winter than summer. Enjoy them!

Cute...but not for wide feet -
These shoes are very cute and fashionable, but too narrow for my foot (I have a wide foot and these shoes pinch in the same spot as Danskos). They rubbed my little toe and slid in the heel.

Haven\'t quite decided if I like these shoes or not. They are SUPER comfortable and are true to size but it\'s the style that I\'m not crazy about. I\'m undecided about the rounded/squared off toe. Makes my feet look stubby and wide in my 9 1/2 size shoe. But as comfort goes, these are great. I was looking for a dress pant shoe for the office so I haven\'t made my final decision to keep them or not.

Zappos is fantastic. I wanted to show my husband two pairs of shoes I had chosen, he thought they were both great so I ordered them right after dinner. The next morning I was surprised to find a delivery at my door. Zappos is zippy. I ordered the Softspots Paxton, the moment I put this shoe on it felt like I had them for ages; comfy. Softspots are truly the most comfortable shoe to wear, this is my second pair and I am on my feet all day. The other shoe is Clarks Basin. Now this shoe is cute, but it pinches my toes. Too bad you can't buy this shoe in a wider width.

Pretty, but OUCH.
Such a beautiful, versatile shoe. Felt really comfortable at first, with a soft, well-padded footbed, but after a few hours... OUCH! Blisters on both heels and several toes. This maybe could have been minimized with hosiery, but wearing hose with skirts in summer is such a drag! I think these will be my go-to shoes for when I have to briefly wear a dressier shoe, because they really are very beautiful - but I would be scared to plan on wearing them again for a full work day or any extended period of time.

Softspots Paxton - too wide -
I am a pretty true 9N and ordered these shoes in that size, but even in narrow, they were too wide. They didn't just slip around the heel; it felt like my feet were swimming in the shoes. I like the look of the shoes and they seemed like they'd be comfortable, if you can find the right fit.
