This is a nice, casual shoe. Fits well (I wear the wide width), but the heel is a bit loose. Otherwise, very comfortable and neat-looking.

I was in a panic looking for a nice pair of closed toed shoes with a wedge heel. I found the perfect pair of shoes at Zappos - Padma by Softspots are soft and fit perfectly right out of the box. Heel height is good, not too high. I would recommend this pair of shoes to anyone.

Disappointing -
The first pair I ordered were too small, the second were too big. One pair must have been incorrectly labeled, but I grew tired of trying and found another shoe.

It was great to find shoes in a extra-wide (EE). These shoes slipped off the heel just a little. I put in some heel grippers, and they fit awesome now! They are stylish, comfortable, and I love them!

Love this shoe. I have Plantar Facitis (heel pain) and when I wear these shoes, you would never know it since it does not hurt, what a pleasure!

 |  | Hello! I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who works for Zappos. As of yesterday, I've ordered from Zappos five times over the last couple years. I usually get my orders the next day, and the longest it's taken has only been two days, and I think that's just awesome! At my job I work in customer service and think it's very important to like to help people in a job like that. I can tell Zappos employees must love their jobs because everyone does such great job. With every one of my orders, it only proves there really isn't a better place to shop on line, (or shop anywhere, in general)!
