These shoes are very cute - great for work. The patent trim makes them more dressy looking. The heel height is very comfortable. The front is tapered and tight in the toes however and makes them less than perfect.

It\'s hard to find shoes for smaller feet, but the size 5 fit perfectly. I love these shoes. I need comfort, but finding comfort in an attractive shoe is difficult. Not only do these fit without adding shoe pads, but they look and feel great. If you truly wear a size 5, these might be a bit snug.

They look great on and are comfortable. However, they did rub my bunion and my little toes. But I wore them with bare feet. I think they will be fine with Stockings. They are very true to size for me.

I am delighted with my new Softspots. I purchased a half-size larger than other shoes because these tend to run a touch small. Very comfortable and stylish. Zappos service is awesome!

I love the softspots Preston. They are very comfortable and look great with jeans or dress slacks. I loved them so much I bought the brown suede, too.

I have really hard-to-please feet, so I can't wear just any shoe. These are the most comfortable shoes with some height that I own. I practically live in Birkenstocks, but when I want to wear nice dresses, skirts, etc. to work, they obviously don't work. I picked this design so they would stay on because I wear Birkenstock insoles with them. The only problem is that they would slide out a little, probably because of my insoles. I took them to a cobbler who sewed the elastic part down so they don't slide out as much anymore. Please note that a 5 star pair of shoes with any heel probably doesn't exist for me. I can't wear them for hours and hours, but with all of my issues, I'm glad for them.

These were very nice looking, but run narrow and 1/2 size smaller than Softspots I have purchased in the past. I ordered my usual 8 1/2, but would have needed a 9. I didn't even try to exchange them since they were too narrow. If you have a very narrow foot and order up 1/2 size, these will probably work for you. The only problem you may run into would be with the Mary Jane strap. It is not adjustable. I wish they would have worked for me. Great looking shoe.

I have extra wide feet and was looking for the perfect shoe for an Ocktoberfest party and these fit the bill. Not only were they comfortable but I will be able to wear them with all my casual outfits!

Too short!
Nice shoes; beautiful dark brown color; thick padding. But so much padding that the shoe feels at least 1/2 size too small; maybe a full size. Also, since strap is not adjustable, shoes does not work for my low instep.

I was looking for a comfortable pair of dark brown shoes that would work with skirts and slacks. These certainly fit the bill! The strap keeps them securely on your feet; the heel height is just right; the wedge makes you feel steady when walking; and they are very stylish. I have hard to fit feet, but in Softspots, an 11W works pretty well. I own several pairs of Softspots and love them all! The best part about these shoes: I teach high school and a student I didn\'t even know told me my shoes looked cute! Considering I am in my mid-50s,that made me feel pretty "hip"!

These fit very strangely, in my opinion. They were too narrow and my big toe rubbed against the shoe. However, the back of the shoe was too big and my heel came out. I thought about getting a larger size because I liked the style and heel height, but sent them back. They just didn't fit well.

These shoes are making me sad! I wear an 8.5WW and buy a lot of Softspots. These shoes do not feel as wide as other Softspots styles. They feel cramped. For the record, I have "wide" feet as opposed to "chubby" feet. It’s also disappointing that the strap is not adjustable, but the strap does fit tighter than the huge, non-adjustable straps that they’ve had on past styles. I’m trying the Size 9WW and crossing my fingers because they really are nice-looking and well made shoes.

These shoes are too small. I like the style and the width, but be warned. I own several other pairs at 8.5 WW, and this one was too tight. I will try a 9, but the width seemed less than other softspots shoes. I am nervous about the WW shoes becoming too narrow. It is hard to find anything that will fit at a;l!

These shoes are just DELICIOUS! I have a very wide foot and they are so comfy. I love almost all Softspots, but these are extra yummy. Super comfortable right out of the box, very flattering to my fat foot. The toe box and strap are perfect, not too tight and make very a very polished yet fun look. I ordered the awesome burgundy color. I tried them on with a pair of grey slacks. What a great Fall look. Perfect heel height too. Get them now! You'll love 'em.

 |  | Thank you, thank you! I'm thinking the Zappos customer service team must be made up of magical wizards, and I am getting spoiled! I called yesterday to exchange sneakers for a larger size, and late last night ordered some girly shoes, and this morning BOTH the sneakers and the shoes were at my door! I am stunned! Today I called a different place to order a specialty item (after checking Zappos site for something similar first, of course) and there is just no comparison whatsoever. Now I must wait at least a week for my order from this other place, and on top of that, pay ten bucks shipping! See, I am spoiled by Zappos spectacular customer service. Thank you so much!
