I buy this brand often because they make cute shoes in wide sizes. This shoe is not as comfortable as others I have purchased from this company, but it looks great. It is a little big, so I bought some heel gripping inserts and now they fit fine.

The style is really nice. I am not really comfortable with the fit. I ordered both the medium and wide widths. The medium width is snug. The wide width is good, but then the length is too long. Ordered a 1/2 size smaller thinking that this would solve the problem, but it does not. There was no great fit with any of the sizes I tried. I even ordered different styles thinking that this would help, but it does not. Some times the wide shoe would be an entire size too big.

Another win with this Sofft shoe. Did not sacrifice style for comfort. Love it. Classy. Hate to switch from my other Sofft open toe shoes, but this is perfect for winter. Great for pants or skirts both! Perfect heel size for work wear.

I am in total amazement that a great looking shoe can actually be this comfortable! They look better and richer in real life than in the photos, and the comfort is astounding. Because Sofft shoes have so much cushioning, I ordered 2 sizes, a wide in my usual size (7) and 1/2 size up. The wide didn't seem to give me that much extra room, but the 1/2 size up was perfect. I am going to order another pair in another color. I highly recommend these.

These are absolutely the most beautiful pair of black shoes I have ever owned. Very elegant and to top it off, I wore them the first time standing for 4 hours and my feet were fine. I even have bunions and heel spurs and my feet still were not sore. The sole is heavily padded, unlike any other dress shoe I have ever owned. I hate heels, but I loved these shoes. They ran true to size for me.

I am a 9.5 but this shoe, although comfortable in every other way, was so tight in the toe bed as to give blisters, so I have had to order the size 10 (because I love this shoe!) and will have to stuff the toe so the shoe won\'t look too big! Otherwise, they are extremely comfortable to wear all day long.

I think these shoes are adorable. I got them in the suede/patent black. They are extremely comfortable and the fit is true to size.

This is a very classy, attractive shoe which I was glad to find available in a wide width. This well complemented my dress/outfit for a formal dinner party and was a welcome, stylish choice beyond the normal plain options available in 10 W. Fit was very comfortable; I am not accustomed to being in heels for any length of time and by the end of the evening (8 hours in) my feet were ready to be out of them, but all in all they were comfortable and worked out very well.

Wow! Way too small! I have purchased many Sofft styles before and wear them daily to work. Although they can feel snug at first, they fit wonderfully after a bit. For these, I ordered my usual size and could barely get these on! Toe area is tight and short. Very cute, but not proportioned properly.

 |  | Thank you, thank you! I'm thinking the Zappos customer service team must be made up of magical wizards, and I am getting spoiled! I called yesterday to exchange sneakers for a larger size, and late last night ordered some girly shoes, and this morning BOTH the sneakers and the shoes were at my door! I am stunned! Today I called a different place to order a specialty item (after checking Zappos site for something similar first, of course) and there is just no comparison whatsoever. Now I must wait at least a week for my order from this other place, and on top of that, pay ten bucks shipping! See, I am spoiled by Zappos spectacular customer service. Thank you so much!
