Sizing, the pair I received must have been size mismarked because they were at least 1 size too small and didn't even look my size. Too bad, they are cute.

The Sofft material is great â however my feet were slipping down into the toe area of the shoe because of the height of the heel. I thought about putting some padding in the front, or even wearing socks or tights that had traction on the bottom, but it seemed like too much work. Too bad, the shoe looks great in person! Zappos customer service was amazing as usual!

 |  | I have never been a big online shopper until I recently found myself with little time to go out and shop. I was browsing around for some boots online one day and after noticing my boss frequently getting Zappos packages, I decided to check you out. I found some great boots but they were a tad too small when I got them yesterday. I was bummed thinking I'd have to wait several more days to get my boots but I ordered the next size up last night at 10:00. I woke up to an email this morning saying my shipping was upgraded to priority shipping free of charge and would ship out TODAY?! Not even twelve hours after I placed my order! I hardly had time to get the tape on the box to return the first pair of boots and my new ones should be on my front porch when I get home (I tracked them and they are out for delivery!)
