Shoe Arch: No arch support
Pretty nice-looking boot, but does not fit true to size (runs small). I usually wear a 6.5, but like to order my boots in a 7 to wear a thick winter sock. However, even trying this on with a thin sock felt like this boot was a size 6 or smaller. It felt strange to walk in as well, like the platform portion of it wasn't balanced (don't think this had to do with the boot being too small, but I could be wrong). Felt like I was tipping forward. Overall quality of the boot and the materials used seem quite good. Don't love the boot enough to exchange for a larger size, so will keep looking.

 |  | I ordered some Globe Castros, but they were too big and so I needed to send them back. I was surprised at how customer friendly the instructions were and how quickly I was able to get my return label. Immediately after that I put another order except one size lower. Apparently I checked today and my item was put on priority with no extra cost. That is awesome customer service. Thanks Zappos team and continue providing this outstanding service!
