Love these boots! They look like flats, but have a hidden heel inside which makes them super comfortable. I went down one half size as they run a little big. The shaft is unlined, so they naturally slouch instead of staying tall. These are great boots, a perfect combination of style and comfort!

I couldn't be happier with these boots! Definitely recommended. I got them in gray, and they are just what I was looking for. I wear a size 11, sometimes 11.5, and the size 11 fit me perfectly. I had plenty of room around the toe, which is very rare for me. They look perfect with my skinny jeans and leggings, and are surprisingly comfortable. Given that they came the day after I ordered them, Zappos is still of course the only place I want to buy my shoes!

Weird fit. Tight in the front of the foot, loose in the heel. Pressed hard on the outside of my foot, near the little toe. Too bad, because they\'re gorgeous. But I returned them.

After purchasing different KC Reaction boots that felt too small, thankfully they didn't have a bigger size or else I never would've discovered these beauties. I love the way the slouch is designed to fall atop the shin. I bought the Amethyst (pops nicely) in size 8 and it fits true to size. I can't wear narrow shoes and these give me plenty of space. The opening is not too wide and looks great with skirts, dresses and over jeans. I wish KC Reaction would make these in leather as well. If you can't already tell, I've fallen in love. Thank you Zappos; you're the best matchmaker.

When I first opened the box, I said to myself, "Shut. Up. These are so cool." Pulling them on was a struggle, though. Really tight fit at opening. I felt like I was choking my calf and there was some rather unattractive "muffin-top" bulging going on. However, once I was able to pull the boot all the way up, the rest of the shaft billowed around my calf. Not sure if I will keep them. The shoe itself was fairly comfortable, so maybe I will; I don't know.

I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
