Couldn\'t believe I found this boot. Exactly what I was looking for, price and all. Very sexy but also very comfortable. Perfect for the busy Mom carrying 2 boys around that still wants to look good. Can\'t wait to wear it with both jeans and skirts. I do have to order a half size up as I felt the boot was a bit small for its size, which is not usually the case with Kenneith Cole. But love the boot so much that the extra wait for the next size is worth it. Thanks Zappos for once again sending me the perfect item!

Just received these today. They are beautiful and super light. Very comfortable right out of the box. They are dressy enough to go with a pencil skirt and casual enough to look great with jeans! Zappos never disappoints!

 |  | Dear Zappos, I am a very happy customer. I wanted to write and tell you HOW MUCH. I have spent thousands of dollars on shoes from Zappos online in the past few years. I live near an outlet and have only been there once. I buy shoes for everyone; me, my husband, my grandkids. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Zappos, never been refused wonderful and courteous service. There is no one out there in the world that I know of who has the customer service you do. It is unparalleled and the reason people come back and back. Zappos is successful in every way because of the customer service. Shoes can be bought anywhere. Customer happiness cannot. I have several stores and online sites that I will never shop at again because of customer service. I only give a place of business, including restaurants, one time to mess up.
