Shoe Arch: No arch support
Cute boot, but cheap looking microsuede for the price. When I opened the boot box upon receipt, the boot already has large "crinkles" or dent marks in the shaft and the boots haven't even been worn. Also didn't find the insole very comfortable and flat. I opted to try for another pair of Annie's that have a synthetic leather material and a smaller price tag. Overall, quality is lacking in this boot.
