Cute, but straps too big. This is an attractive, comfortable shoe but the straps are too big for my foot, so they stick out a bit, even though I went down a half size (the shoe seems to run big). The straps need to be adjustable or at least tighter.

Perfect! This shoe is very comfortable, no break-in time needed. I received this in 11W and I have pretty wide feet (most wides barely big enough), but these worked great right out of the box. I am a physician and am on my feet 12 hours a day so I need to go up stairs, run quickly to codes, etc. and fashionable, comfortable shoes are hard to find. It looks just like the picture, very high quality and great color.

Very nice comfortable shoes. The leather is very soft. There was no breaking-in time. As soon as you put them on your feet, they are broken in. I would definitely recommend these shoes. I use them for work. The heel is just high enough for work - not too high and not too low. I love these shoes!

This is the most comfortable fashionable shoe I can remember ever wearing! The padding and sole of the shoe are made for comfort and the rest is so stylish. I do a lot of walking in NYC and hate having to switch into ugly flats but I can wear these all day long and feel like my foot actually has support. I wear a small size - between 4.5 and 5 - and I got these in a Size 5 and they fit great. Well worth the cost. Wear with dresses, pants and jeans. I could not be happier with this investment.

I have arthritis in my feet and if I can find a pretty shoe in a wide width, I snatch them up! These shoes look great with skirts and pants alike, and are as comfortable as a heel can be. The price is slightly lower than Clarks retail plus the retail store does not carry wide widths. This is the 2nd shoe I have ordered from Zappos, and the arrival time is much quicker than promised. Overall, win-win!

Beautiful shoes! Comfortable! I wear sneakers all the time! I saw these shoes while shopping for boots & had to buy them! I got them in the black suede. Gorgeous! I had 2 functions this past weekend, a black tie affair & a dinner-dance. I wore these shoes both nights! Not only was the heel perfect, but they were so comfortable that the 2nd day there was no problem at all to put them back on! They felt great! I wear a size 9m! Perfect! After I got them, I ordered the black leather to use for a more "casual" look. Try them!

Great shoes for a fussy customer like me. I have a hard time with high-heels. I have very weak ankles and topple a lot! The Clarks Diamond are by far the most comfy I have tried and been able to walk in without wobbling. I tend to go for a lower heel but wanted something more modern and this fits the bill. I got the black sued and I love the look, very classic. I wear and ordered a 7.5 which was true to size 'for me'; however, I do have wide feet so I can see how some may have to order down. I also like that they have grip on the bottom. Love them and really pleased!

Absolutely the most comfortable heels I\'ve ever worn. I\'ve had back and knee problems over the last few years. My size 7 feet run a little wide and are bit hard to fit. So I\'m pretty picky. These feel like walking on air.

I followed the information from previous reviews and ordered these shoes size 9 1/2 - I can usually do either a 9 1/2 or a 10. The 9 1/2 was a perfect fit. I ordered the grey but they are basically black. They are very comfortable, fit true to size and would recommend them highly.

Given the "Active Air" inserts and the reviews of other customers, I was expecting these to be very comfortable. I am highly disappointed. They are just as uncomfortable as high heels with zero padding inside. I am not on my feet all and I still came home with incredibly sore feet and a hugh blister on the bottom of the ball of my feet from the "Active Air" portion. They are nice looking shoes though.

Great shoe! Love the look and get lots of compliments on them as well. Wear them all day. I'm up and walking a lot and by the time I get home my feet are not sore or tired.

These are by far the most comfortable heels I have! Amazing considering the heel height. Also, the customer service, including the ordering process, was outstanding! Believe it or not, the shoes arrived the next day and Zappos paid for the shipping, plus I saved quite a bit on the shoes. You can't get any better than that!

Ran very wide. I ordered my normal size, 9.5 Narrow, and these are way too wide on me. I had to return them. Too bad because they were very cute, and I think they would have been very comfortable had they fit.

After a couple of false starts, I finally found the right size and LOVE these. I have a wide foot and normally go up to a 9.5W because most shoes aren\'t wide enough. I actually ended up with a 9M, so these shoes definitely run wide. They are absolutely the most comfortable shoes I own.

I was looking for a cute shoe in any color but black. I saw these at a Clark\'s store at the mall. Of course they didn\'t have my size, but then the lighbulb went off. I came home and saw that Zappos had an 11M. I ordered them and they arrived in 2 days (thanks Zappos). Took them out of the box and with great anticipation, tried them on. Boy were these cute. Only one problem. They were too big. This was strange, because Clark\'s usually run true to size or a little small. I had tried on the 10 in the store, which was too small. Unfortunatly, they don\'t make a 10.5. So, it\'s with great saddness that I am sending these back. Sigh...

Great comfortable work shoe!
I almost always wear a size 8, but after reading several reviews about the sizing, I ordered a size 7.5, which fit perfectly and was even a tiny bit large on one foot. This shoe is very comfortable, though it felt a little narrow in the toe-box at first. I am usually a baby about wearing heels to work, but I've been able to wear these all day for several days in a row. I really recommend them!

Great comfortable Mary Jane. The heel is a little higher than 2.5" but it’s offset by the cushioning in the front part of the shoe. Like many comfort dress shoes (Clarks, Sofft, Ecco...) the shoe is a little large for my foot, but since it’s a Mary Jane (with strap), it works.

I originally fell in love with the black leather/suede combo, but they did not have my size at the time. Which may have been for the best because we all have too many black shoes.:) The grey is dark enough that I was able to wear it with black pants. As with most of my shoes I get the toe box area stretched and slip in a soft insert for extra comfort. This is a slip on shoe, the buttons are just for fashion, so it needs to fit properly to look good.

I love these shoes! They are so comfortable, I have run through airports in them, worn them for a full day of standing. The heel is the perfect height and the shoe has excellent arch support. I have horrible back problems and foot problems and I've never worn such an amazing shoe. Highly recommend for fashion and comfort. They go great with sweater dresses, slacks, anything! Will keep my eyes open for new colors / designs.

If you are looking for a stylish black shoe that looks great with pants or dress, can be worn from morning through evening, these are perfect. The platform adds comfort for standing or walking for long periods of time. These shoes were comfortable from day one. I have yet to order a Clarks shoe I didn\'t love!

Very disappointed! I, like may of my female colleagues, have many pairs of shoes and I take very good care of them all. In fact, I have (and still wear) shoes that are more than 20 years old making me a self proclaimed shoe aficionado! These shoes are very pretty in the photo, and pretty out of the box. But when I put these on I was very disappointed with how they looked on my feet. I ordered my normal size, so I don't think this is the issue. I found that my experience echoed a couple of the reviews I read in that the straps were too loose and didn't fit the overall structure of the shoe. In fact, I found these shoes to have less than expected overall structure. The top of the shoe didn't seem to hold together properly, seemed to bulge out on the sides and the straps were somewhat floppy. I haven't sent them back yet. I'm going to try them on again a couple more times and make my decision. However, as of today the prospect for joining my every growing closet of shoes is looking pretty gloomy for the Clark Diamond Sparkle.

Love the shoes. True to size and very comfortable. I'm not that comfortable in heels (I'm a nurse and am usually in sneakers), but these are truly easy to walk in and stand in for a long period of time.

As always, kudos upon kudos to zappos.com for their amazing service. These are cute shoes. I bought them because I have a wedding to attend in a couple of weeks and needed some new shoes that would go with a dress. I bought these (as I'm a shoe utilitarian) because I thought they'd go nicely with the dress I bought (in a cute retro sort of way) and that they would go well for in the office and even with a pair of jeans, not to mention that they might not kill my feet while I try to dance or walk around the office. I must say that they are, in fact, good for all of those uses! Very cute shoe. Pretty darn comfy. I have a wide foot and can never find a 7.5 D in a shoe store. Consequently, I've never owned one, even though that is my true size. I normally end up in an 8 or an 8.5 that doesn't fit right and hurts. These fit perfectly. I have a feeling I will be doing more and more of my shoe shopping on Zappos so I can continue to get shoes for my oddly shaped foot. My only criticism is the back of the shoe is a little high, so it rubs a very little bit. I expect that will take care of itself as I break them in, nowhere near as bad as my ill-fitting that I have to buy at retail stores. Thanks, Zappos for accommodating oddly shaped feet!
