Great shoe. They have a little bit of an arch on the outside sole as well as inside, so it feels strange at first, but very comfortable.

I own another pair or two of Clarks from the Artisan line, usually needing 1/2 size larger than my size 7, M width foot, where heel height doesn\'t seem to matter. This one definitely is as comfortable as the others but runs true to size!!! Who would have known but I need to be able to change the insert to an orthotic and this one doesn\'t do that! Unlucky for me!
Other brands recommended by reviewer: If you have a narrow foot, try Tsubos, othewise Clarks Artisan and Un-lines (some styles if you need orthotics), Born (if you don\'t need orthotics), Brooks, Merrell (also if you don\'t need orthotics), some Ecco styles

Great shoes!
I've had these shoes for a week now and love them. They are super comfortable and very cute. They look great with jeans or dress pants. This is my 4th pair of Clarks. Love them!

The service from Zappos was great. Shoes were described perfectly. The shoes looked great and comfort was good. I'm not used to the heel being as tall as it is, but that's just for me to get used to. If you're used to a flatter walking shoe, then this heel might be too big. Other than that, the shoe was nice.

I buy some version of this shoe once a year and generally love them. This one looks great, as always, but I find it a little narrow around the arch. It's not a biggie. I still wear them several times a week and do fine. Sizing is good. Accurate.
