Absolutely love these boots. Bought 3 pair (one of each color), and my only problem is deciding which ones to wear. They are great quality, very comfortable, and look great on. I have gotten compliments every time I've worn them. They are the perfect shoe for me. As someone who's never found a comfortable shoe with a heel, I was pleasantly surprised to put these on and have no pain in my feet after wearing them all day. My only small complaint is that they have a slick bottom, and I have to be careful on wet or glossy floors. Nevertheless, Zappos has the best customer service of any company I've ever dealt with so my recommendation is if you find a shoe on here that you like, buy it. I have returned shoes before, and they are very accommodating. Couldn't more highly recommend this shoe or this company.

I\'ve got the leopard print and I must say they\'re quite sassy. Despite having a heel, they\'re pretty comfortable, too. The size fits true to width and length, but I find that with the Annie shoe brand. I think I\'ll get the black version next!

Cute but flimsy -
This shoe in the leopard print is so cute but the man-made upper is actually closer to cloth than leather. It puckers and looks cheap. The shoe slips around when I walk because it is cut so short. It's difficult to walk. The shoe is very true to size. I also bought a Life Stride bootie that is much more comfy and easy to walk in since it's a bit taller.

Really good looking shoe, unfortunately with zero (and I mean zero) arch support. I bought some gel supports and they feel some better, but it's too bad it wasn't built into the shoe in the first place. I am a 'true' size 8 and as far as that goes they are very true to size. I have lots of other Annie shoes that are more comfortable. Even though I'm disappointed from a comfort aspect, I have to admit they're really cute.

 |  | You guys are the best!!! I'm purchasing these boots for my niece's birthday and bringing them when I visit her at college next week. I could have gotten the boots elsewhere, but I knew positively I was going to get them from Zappos because of the great experiences I've had with you in the past. I knew if the size wasn't just right or she wanted a different color it would be a breeze to make the exchange.
