these shoes are an attention getting but the fit could be better, foot feels loose in the shoe also the material the shoe is made of scars the back of your heel skin and also i was left with scars along the fronts of my toes after only wearing for 8 hrs, it definitely the right size shoe, its the material thats rough on the foot skin

 |  | I just wanted you to know that Zappos.com "wowed" me recently. I have been looking to improve the customer experience in my company for years, but until recently haven't
taken the necessary steps to make it happen. In the last month I have contacted many well known customer service businesses to foster ideas on how to better care for our customers, and ZAPPOS.com has risen to the top for me. You not only sent me some of your 2008 Culture books, but you didn't charge me a cent, and I made sure that I presented this fact to the team at our daily morning huddle. I was also most impressed that Tony signed the book(s)!!! Wow. I want our company to be known as following ZAPPOS.com's lead, and be better at caring for the whole individual as we care for their health needs.
