Just a note about my experience buying shoes from "Zappos". I spent several days going from one retail store to the other, searching for a pair of men's 11 1/2 brown slip-ons. An easy task, I thought. I discovered many stores do not carry my size, and those that do, did not have what I wanted. I took to the internet and discovered "Zappos". What great company! The selection was outstanding, size was not a problem, price was very competitive, and free shipping, too! My shoes arrived in only a couple of days, and I am extremely happy with them and the service from "Zappos". I will most definitely shop "Zappos" again.

Just when I thought my experience with Zappos couldn’t get better, I had to call and return a pair of shoes, to which I have to say was the easiest, most delightful experience I’ve ever encountered with an online ordering company. My phone representative was absolutely amazing, how helpful and eager she was to make sure my order was correctly taken care of.
