These are great for days at the beach or for just hanging around the house. The footbed is very comfortable, more so than I expected. The strap part isn't as padded as I thought, but still very good, and it keeps them secure on your foot so you don't really need to pinch the thong part with your toes just to keep them on. Overall, a very comfortable sandal and one I definitely recommend. I can see myself buying another pair of Sanuks in the future.

 |  | I want to tell you a story. I was born with two club feet and while I have done my share of dancing, hiking, and generally having fun with feet that work okay, the many operations left them rather unpretty, a little misshapen and definitely wider/shorter than most feet in proportion to the carrying bodies. Finding shoes that fit and are comfortable is a rarity for me. I search through stores regularly, more often than not
leaving empty handed. I took a chance with Zappos. There were some excellent deals and the size claimed to be what I might need. A box arrived. It said "Packed with Happiness." Inside was my order – 4 pairs of shoes and a pair of boots. They not only all fit, they all fit amazingly well. The box may very well have been packed with happiness, but let me tell you, not as much happiness as it was opened with!!! Thank you oh so much. You can't imagine what this is for me.
