Nice shoe, but it runs about a size larger. The next time I would order a 10 instead of an 11.

Very nice and very comfortable. I just got these boots and I could not wait to wear them. I wore them on semi busy day (taking the kids to the doctor, running errands etc.) and they were so comfortable. I ordered a half size up and I love the fit. I am very satisfied. And I got them the next day! Thanks Zappos!

I love this style but wish they were made out of genuine leather. Nice fit and comfortable for walking in.

Used the LifeStride sizing guide and traced my foot. Ordered a 7 W(C) based on the guide. This is usually exactly the size I wear. Unfortunately, it looked like a 7N and felt that way as well. The shoe is very nice looking, and I think the arch support will be fine. I almost always have to add some sort of insole because I walk the halls of a hospital all day long. I may still have to do that, but the shoe is probably fine for those who don't have a high-impact lifestyle. Bottom line, though, order 1/2 up, and you may want to order a W(C) if you usually wear a B width. You who wear narrower shoes will like the fit.

I just received my boots today, after having ordered them at 8 p.m. last night! Such fast service is unheard of in this day! The boots fit just fine! I ordered them 1/2 size larger than I usually order shoes, knowing you need a little more room in boots. They look real nice as well as being very comfortable. I wish they would come in a lighter brown shade, but the black will work out well. Good job Zappos!

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and can’t figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. I’m new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isn’t always good to want things!
