These are the most uncomfortable boots that I have ever had. They are hard, not flexible at all, both the sole as well as the upper part of the boot. Within an hour I am so uncomfortable. They are nice looking, but extremely uncomfortable.

I rarely wear such a high heel so I can't wear these sharp looking boots too long, but the heels are stable and strong, importantly with the boot itself fairly comfortable for a couple of hours. I ordered the wide, per the reviews, but did not need it. My regular size is 8 & 1/2 and I wore an 8 & 1/2 boot. The nine was too big! Feel pretty sexy in them with my long straight grey jeans!

I love these boots! I had been looking for a pair of gray boots for a while, and when I found these I was so excited! I have a wide foot, and the 9W was right on. Very comfortable, I can wear them to work all day. They were a big hit in my office, everyone loved them. And as usual, Zappos was great with the customer service and free shipping. I can always find what I am looking for on Zappos.com!

Just adorable! And what an amazing price! My personal problem, however, is that I have bunions, and after a day of wearing these, my bunions were screaming at me, which is not so surprising, really. But I looked marvelous while they were yelling! Very cute shoe-boot, could not be cuter.

They are extremely comfortable. I get lots of compliments on them. I wear them with jeans, dress pants. Attractive yet functional. True to fit. Would recommend.

The style is really cute, as the picture depicts. The quality: it is well constructed, the material is just a bit fake looking. The good thing about that is, if you wear them in the rain, they will definitely not get ruined! Not bad if you wear them with trousers; you can totally get away with it. The heel height is perfect for pounding Manhattan streets in rush hour. I wore them all day with relatively good comfort. I got them in a wide and I wouldn't say they are a true wide at all, that was my only problem with them. Otherwise, for the price and style, definitely a good boot to have in your collection.

Wonderful boots. I bought these boots and love them. Being a teacher, I'm on my feet all day long. These are the most comfortable boots I've ever owned.

I absolutely love this boot! I am a big woman and it isn't easy for me to walk or stand in 3" heels, but these are the most comfortable heels I have ever owned! I have done lots of walking and standing and no sore feet! It's a miracle boot! Love them!

I am very happy with the boots, love the look and am very glad I ordered the wide width (thanks to another review I read). Definitely needed the wide width; usually don't. Fits perfectly. Would not wear for long walks, however, because of heel size.

Super good looking boot -
I love these boots! I have the gray suede color and they are are so, so comfortable. Heel height is moderate and I was able be on my feet all day and my feet felt great at the end of the day. I believe that I am going to purchase the black pair as well.

These boots are so cute! My size varies from 8.5 to 9 regular, so I ordered the 9 and took the advice of other reviewers and got the wide width. Excellent choice, they fit perfectly. They don't slip or rub anywhere and are extremely comfortable for high heels. My feet are not used to the nearly 3" heels, so I can't wear them longer than a couple of hours at a time, but it is worth it because they look so good.

Very sexy, sassy, clean and sophisticated shoe. A perfect Fall boot. I ordered on Tuesday, got them Thursday and now I cant wait for the weather to get a little cooler so I can wear them. I thought they may be a little narrow judging by the picture so I ordered them in Wide Width. They fit perfectly. And that little faux collar with buttoned flap detail on the side of the shoe looks even more impressive in person. I tried them on with my skinny blue jeans and they look hot. Even better, LifeStride has that same comfy soft sole quality like Aerosoles so they feel great. The heel's about 3"; perfect for work slacks and jeans. I have boots that cost 3X as much and don't feel this good. I love 'em, give them a try; you won't be disappointed!

I would like to start off by saying: Zappos.com is amazing. My first order with Zappos.com wasn't that long ago. On one of my orders, Zappos was so amazing to give me a special priority in upgrading my shipping date to the next day I placed my order. What other place does that? Not only did they do that, they always email you right away when you place an order. Other websites take so long, you worry if they even got the order. And, in Zappos website, it's so helpful. When looking at an item, it gives all the information you need. Your size, your color, and price range you are willing to spend. AND if the item is sold out, they email you once the item is back in stock. Come on! What other website does all of this! None! When I receive my shipment(s) at home, the packaging is so cute, neat.
