These sandals are stylish, but difficult to walk in. They do not hold onto your feet and I lost one walking along the sidewalk. Of course, I went back to get it, but it was a tad embarrassing. I would not purchase this style again.

 |  | I have told friends and family about Zappos and it was just because the service has been wonderful. As a 63 year old, I recall the super service given in the old department stores. I mourned the loss of that quality service as stores cut back, closed, went mall, outlet, superstore, online. Zappos translated that old time service to the internet, and even improved that quality service. And a young shoe store guy told me about your company. |  | ~ , August 30 2009
