The upper part of the sandal wore well but the bottom of both shoes have large split in the sole, rendering them unusable.

Very comfortable sandals. Super-soft insole. Straps are soft lined and do not chafe. They seem to be well-made and break in nicely.\r\n\r\nOnly recommendation--they seem to run big. You might want to order a half size smaller than what you normally wear. I wear an 11 wide, ordered an 11 wide, and it\'s a little long. The straps have plenty of range to adjust--mine are as tight as they can go.\r\n\r\nAvailability in widths is a BIG plus.

I bought my husband a similiar shoe from Hush Puppies about four years ago. He conceded that he needed a new pair this year and I was relieved to find this new model available at Zappos! It fits great and he loves the ability to adjust the strap around the back of his heel. Plus he has wide feet and these fit well and are super comfy for him. Thanks Zappos!

 |  | I know many times all you hear about are complaints, but this note is just to let you know that out of all my experiences with websites and purchasing online (which I do a lot of), your website, your ordering process, and your return process is the easiest I have ever experienced. I just a placed an order, and it was just like “1, 2, 3,” and I had made my purchase. I have ordered from you before, and unfortunately had to make some returns, but it was a breeze to return. Don't think I will ever purchase shoes from another retailer again. Thank you for such pleasant experiences!!
