These are really cute, but I have to send them back. The toe area fits great, but the ankle and calf are too big for my skinny legs. I could live with the roomy calf, but the extra ankle room makes my heel rub up and down inside the boot, and that is uncomfortable. Next time, I will stick to zippered boots.

Bought these boots for the great color and Polartec lining. They are really cute, but I had to return them because they were a little small. If you wear a half size, definitely order a size up, otherwise you won't be able to get your foot in! Also, these boots are pretty narrow in the calf; mine are pretty muscular and the shaft was too snug for comfort (don't know that I could even wear leggings with these).

These boots are so much fun! I love the color and the fit was perfect for my size 11 feet! I'm a narrow, but they only came in med., but they must run slightly narrow so perfect. I wear them with a thin sock and they keep my feet warm and dry here in Texas in the rainy season! Thanks Zappos for the great customer service!

I absolutely love these boots. I wear a man\'s size 10 in normal shoes, and these fit me well in a women\'s size 11. However, if you have particularly wide/thick feet, I would probably recommend a size up, despite the fact the length is a very standard fit.

These Boots are a perfect fit. I couldn't wear a thick sock but I didn't need to the polar tech lining kept me warm. I wore them with leggings and strangers came up to compliment them.

the Kamik rain boots are perfect. They are contoured in a cool chic way. Not boxy like cheap brands. I wore them to a rainy steeplechase, college soccer game, and prep school football game. My feet were warm, dry and stylish!!

Love these rain boots! True to what everyone else has said, I ordered a size bigger than my normal shoe size and it fit perfectly, mind you, I have wide, flat feet. Didn't have a problem with the tightness on the calves. Only problem that I found was that my feet got really sweaty, but maybe that's a problem with all rain boots? I don't know because these are my first pair. Perhaps thicker socks will help. Overall, I highly recommend them. Having researched all the other more expensive brands, the quality is comparable and the price is far better.

As a size 8.5, I ordered up to 9 and they fit wonderfully. My feet aren't swimming in the boot, but I can still wear thick socks comfortably. The leg fits snugly around my calf so I can wear boot-cut jeans over them, but isn't so snug that I can't still tuck skinny jeans in them without cutting off my circulation. My only issue is that they are too snug when I put in my arch support inserts. It's not too much of a problem because they are still comfortable without them. They aren't that heavy, they are easy to get on and off, they clean off easily, and the tread on the bottom grips the ground well. I've had problems with other boots' soles either not gripping the ground, or wearing out very quickly. Overall, a great boot!

After reading all the other reviews for the Kamik Rain Boot, I could not wait to get mine. In fact, I ordered them in caramel and in chocolate! They are very cute on, but seem to run a little small. I wear a 7 1/2 to an 8 and ordered an 8. I would probably need a 9 if I wanted to wear winter socks with them. Aside from the size issue, I was so disappointed to find that the fabric in right footbed in the chocolate pair was loose and wrinkled under my foot, and the upper portion of the left boot of the caramel pair had a bubble defect in the rubber. Kamik needs to do better inspections prior to boxing their products. Think I'm going to stick with a pair of Hunters! They cost a bit more, but, hey, like the saying goes, "You get what you pay for!"

This is a great boot, good for basic rainy days but looks a little dressier. They fit a little snug around the foot. I don\'t have especially wide feet but found them a little snug, so you\'d have to wear a thin sock.

I just got my Kamik wellies in the mail yesterday! And I am in love with them! I got them in Chocolate and they fit perfect! I am usually between an 8 1/2 and a 9, so I ordered a 9 and they fit great! I love that they are narrow around the ankle and at the top opening too. This way they are not as bulky. I go to school in Syracuse, NY so I have many rainy and icky days! These will be perfect, so I can still be fashionable even on the most dreary days. First time ordering from Zappos.com and it will not be the last! :)

The Kamik Ellie rain boots are the perfect combination of style and function. These boots looks great with jeans or a skirt while keeping your feet cozy and dry at the same time. The sleek design, good construction and polartec lining make them ideal for multiple seasons. The Ellies' are form fitting without being snug, lightweight and easy to move in. If you are looking for a serious rain boot that has a great deal of style, definitely try these boots out.

The fit was exact. I\'m a 9.5/10. I bought a size 10 and they only fit comfortable when wearing stockings/pantyhose. They retain heat, so you will perspire alot, but they keep the rain out and my size 10 foot does not look huge!

I love these rain boots! They are so stylish and comfortable. I was thinking about buying Hunter boots, but was upset to find out that they are made overseas. On the other hand, Kamik boots are made in Canada and half the price as Hunters! If you plan on purchasing, I would recommend ordering a half size bigger. If you are a size 7 1/2, order 8.

Dry, but hot feet -
This is a comfortable boot that looks great, but my feet get REALLY hot and sweaty when I wear them. Also, the calf is very fitted.

I give rainboots the ultimate workout. I am a dog groomer so I wear these 8hrs a day, 5 days a week. I love that these have a narrow leg, because I do too and a wide opening like standard boots have actually trap water and then it's like I'm actually wearing buckets. These boots keep the dog water out and take a beating and still look FABULOUS! They're comfy for the first 9 hrs and then my pinkies start barking. You will love this boot!

These are fabulous rain boots! They are my only consolation during cold and rainy spring weather. I wanted a boot that was sleek and styled for an adult woman at a reasonable price. (Uggs and Hunter are more expensive and Chookas are too precious.) The insulation keeps my toes warm and the boots are totally waterproof. The size is accurate and they turned out to be remarkably comfortable for walking. The only thing to remember -- being 100 percent waterproof, they are not "breathable" and could lead to hot, sweaty feet if one tried to wear them for too long.

I bought these boots for a trip to the UK next month. Took them out for a test drive the day after receiving them. They're awesome!!! So stylish that jeans need to be tucked in to show them off... or with skirts, shorts, etc! And, yes.. they're very warm and functional! This being my first order with Zappos has been EXCELLENT!

Lots of comments -
I get lots of compliments on these boots. Glad I bought them. Comfortable and dry. A little tight fit- especially in the calf. Usually wear 8.5 or 9.0. The 9.0 fits but not much extra room. Overall, I would recommend- I like the fit and style.

Loved these boots just from the pictures. They arrived super fast and were absolutely beautiful, a really rich deep color (chocolate). Also a great cushy foot bed, with about medium arch support and a great lining that would add a little extra warmth in colder weather. I had read the reviews and thought that they would be great because of my thin legs so I ordered an 8 which is 1/2 a size bigger than I normally wear and they fit perfectly in the foot and calf. However, around the ankle I had an extra 2 inches. I know that with pull ons that it is to be expected that there be a little extra room there, but this seems a little much and it causes the boot to rub up and down on my leg. I suppose I could experiment with thicker socks, but it's hot here, so I think I'm going to order a different brand and see if it is any better.

I just received my Kamik Ellie rainboots in the mail yesterday. I was so excited. I've never needed them until I moved to the midwest. I love the chocolate brown color. It does not look black in any lighting, just a little darker brown in dark lighting. They sucked to my feet when I put them on giving me maximum comfort. I usually wear a size 8 1/2 or 9 so I ordered a 9 in the rainboots. They fit nice, and I have room to wear thick socks if I need to. The calf area is a little snug. I think I have pretty average calves and I can barely get one finger in between the calf area. They are stylish and practical. I counldn't decide if I should get the Ellie or the Heidi. I'm glad I chose the Ellie because I wouldn't have wanted the boots any shorter. Overall I am happy with my first rainboot purchace.

I'm not a rain boot person, but really liked these!
I am not a rain boot person, but in Chicago they are a must! These rain boots (Black) are a little shiny for my taste, but as I said it is probably just because I am not a rain boot person! I previously tried Hunter boots, but the calf circumference was HUGE and made my legs look bad. These boots are at least an inch to inch and a half smaller in circumference making them look much better on! There is still enough room to tuck in skinny jeans without a problem. About the size, I took everyones advice and ordered a whole size larger (8 instead of my normal 7). The 8 is a little big, but wearing a thicker sock makes them fit great and helps protect your heel from blisters. Another great thing about this boot is that your foot does not overheat or sweat even with the Polartec lining. Chicago winters are freezing, so I will still be wearing my Uggs for the warmth, but for spring these boots are fantastic!

These are excellent shoes; I have had my pair for 3 years. For the first 2 years I wore them exclusively to work 3-4x a week. Now that they are in year three I am buying my next set of shoes and will use these around town. Very comfortable flats, no blisters, no break in period. Good support even when I walked all over Vegas for 3 days. This shoe goes with everything: looks professional with slacks, adorable with skirts and chic with jeans. Also it is not as clunky as some of the other Clark Privos which make your feet look large.. The only drawback I have found is after about a year you need to spray them with an antibacterial solution. The footboard seems to trap odors. This has not been a problem with any of my other Clark shoes but this is my only pair with the Soleassage insole featuring the textured bumps. Please note these shoes run small. I wear 8M in all my other Clark Shoes but I wear a 7.5M in Oso. In general Clarks run small for me; almost all my other shoes tennis shoes and heels are 8.5s.

Love the color.
I really like the chocolate brown galoshes- I've received tons of compliments on them in this snowiest of winters. I wear b/w 6.5 and 7 and the 7 fit just right, so I think they may run a bit small. I bought these because other reviewers mentioned the narrow calf, which was perfect for me- I always have a hard time with my scrawny calves wallowing in boots. They are not as warm as I would like...but it is Chicago. I wouldn't expect that out of galoshes. With wool socks, I'm usually pretty ok.
