Received this bag the day after I ordered it! I love Zappos. Great bag, soft as butter, beautiful color. Looks like I've had it for 10 years. It's perfect for everything I need to carry. Great brand.

I have been eyeing this purse for a couple of months. I got it in the purple. I love this purse. Lucky is one of my favorite brands! It\'s the perfect size, not too big and not too small. So far, it\'s retaining it\'s shape well. The leather is super soft.

I got my bag today. Love some things about it and some things not so much. I think the one that was sent to me has a manufacture flaw on the leather. There are two almost cream color stripes about 3 inches long on the leather itself. I may have to trade it in for another one. Now about the bag itself. There is room for improvement. There should be a zipper or button to close it up. The way it folds to close looks good but you can only use the bottom part of the bag. Probably going to keep it, don't know if it's worth the price since it sits a little funny on your shoulder and strap is really long. I love the color and the feel of the leather. I may sew a button inside of it.

Love it! This is a cool purse and I get tons of compliments on it. The one regret is that the lining is a dark color - it makes it hard to spot stuff - sometimes I have to feel around for what I'm looking for. But it's made well and looks great. I'm very happy with it!

This bag is awesome: I use it as a briefcase, pocketbook, mini laptop case and more. I get tons of compliments. Wish the shoulder handles were longer so it could be worn that way as well, but all in all I love it!

The bag looks good and garners a lot of compliments, but it’s difficult to use. Unlike the photo, which shows it standing up straight and even, it never has and never will. You lift the top flap, and the bottom flap sags into the opening. If you open it holding both handles, it sags in as soon as you let one go. I will keep and use this bag, but it neither looks as good in person as it looks in the photo nor performs all that well.

I hate giving a negative review because I love Zappos so much! Silly, I suppose, because it certainly is not a reflection on them or their outstanding customer service, but I must be honest about my perception of this bag. It had so many glowing reviews that I ignored the dimmer ones. However, after receiving it, I agree with another reviewer who lists numerous difficult-to-live with characteristics. The leather and look are nice, but on a daily basis, this bag would be a source of continual irritation. Major design problem: the cumbersome, sort of adjustable, non-removable, not-very-pretty strap! First of all, it is pieced together in an unattractive, cheap-looking way, never mind the price, and it is lined with fabric, enhancing it's piece-meal appearance. The strap is really stiff, too, so when you go to shorten/double it for hobo carrying, it gaps fairly hideously so it will not lie flat on the shoulder, and the ugly fabric part shows on the outside, leather part on the inside, huh? Way too long to carry by handles, so forget that. Strap aside, I could not imagine having to stick the entire length of my arm way far down in the bottom every time I needed to retrieve something. And it's dark down there! Lining is dark and, as stated, it's a pretty deep hole! Be prepared to dig and feel around a lot with a puzzled-looking wrinkle on your brow, even if you're organized. The bag itself (not the strap!) is attractive, but just being purdy would get old in a very short while.

I received my Abbey Road, in Green Iguana today and I love it! The bag is spacious, stylish and the color is absolutely wonderful; it's truly one of my favorites. I hope to return to Zappos and get it in "Dune" as well. Shout out to Zappos' customer service department, you're awesome!

I saw this bag in a magazine and immediately ordered it, knowing if I didn't love it, I could send it right back. Well, it's not going back, that's for sure. Very soft, supple leather; the color is very pretty and subdued (I got it in purple, which could be tricky); adjustable strap is convenient. I'm a high school teacher and have gotten compliments on it from teenage girls to older women. Everybody loves it. The only problem is that it is deep and sometimes getting things out takes a while but that would be a problem with any fold-over bag.

The LUCKY BRAND ABBEY ROAD BAG is a cool cross-body/shoulder bag and pretty hip looking. There\'s an outside zippered compartment, inside zippered compartment and two open pockets for cell phone and other media gadgets, along with the main compartment, which holds a lot of stuff.\r\n\r\nThe top of the bag folds over to keep it closed but it doesn\'t have any magnetic closure or zippers to keep it securely shut.\r\n\r\nThat creates one of two problems that keep this bag from getting a perfect score.\r\n\r\nSo far, the bag has kept closed and I haven\'t lost anything because the inside pocket is pretty deep. I\'m also guessing that it\'ll be hard for pickpocket thieves to get inside because the bag really hugs the side of your body. But you never know...\r\n\r\nThe other problem is the strap. It\'s not removable! You can\'t even hook the claw to the outer ring because that part doesn\'t come out. So you only have three length sizes for the strap. Two rings for shoulder/cross-body and a third for holding the bag in hobo style with a very short shoulder strap. \r\n\r\nThe hobo style looks kind of ugly because the inside of the leather strap is lined with fabric and when you double up the strap and hook it to the last loop, you see the underside of the strap which sits on top of the shoulder. \r\n\r\nAnd the smaller handles at the top of the bag won\'t fit onto your shoulder so you can only hold them which makes the bag really tall, but you can\'t stuff it all the way up to the top because the sides are slit. \r\n\r\nPlus the ABBEY ROAD doesn\'t come with a dust bag and for the price it should. \r\n

I love Zappos. I have actually called to tell you guys. I love that I place my order and no matter what it is at my door the next day! How do you guys do that?! Returns are easy and your customer service is always friendly and helpful. In this day and age that is an exception so I really appreciate it. Fabulous bag! Soft, like butter. And if you are skeptical about a bag without a secure inside zip, like me, do not fret; the foldover is generous enough to secure inside belongings. You will love the teal color with the tan contrast stitch, no doubt. In 3 words: To die for!

Went to the mall yesterday to look for a white purse. Saw this bag and had to have it. Found it on Zappos for less. The purse arrived today in perfect condition. Zappos is the best. This is not my first purchase from Zappos and it certainly won't be my last.

Beautiful bag. The leather is soft, supple, and the color very rich and even. It holds a lot. I like the contrasting stitching -- very cool. My only request would be that you make at least one of the interior pockets deeper -- as it is they are almost too shallow for cell phone or wallet. The outside zip pocket is nice but too accessible for stuff that needs protection. You could perhaps provide some way to snap the top flaps together and/or to snap or hook the foldover to the base so it is harde to get in. Maybe toggle hooks?

I really like this bag and get tons of compliments on it. But, it is not as big as it looks. It only holds my wallet, a sunglasses case and a flat case for my regular glasses. That's it! I was hoping to get a bigger bag than it actually is, but I like it and have been using mine for several months. The only real problem is that there is no closure for the main compartment, so when the bag rolls around in your car... everything falls out.

I am a long time Zappos shopper and have always been happy with their consistency of quality service. My new Lucky shoulder bag is another great find. I'm a huge fan of "cross body" shoulder bags. This one combines form with function. I have gotten numerous compliments on it. It's roomy and has many convenient pockets - inside and outside. It's comfortable on my shoulder and the leather is quite soft. I actually ordered the purple one and am loving it. I would definitely order this bag in more than one color.

Love the versatility of this purse. It's almost impossible to find a single purse that can transition from Mommyhood to a professional situation. With the adjustable strap on this purse, I can carry it as a cross-body with my kids to keep my hands free and then in a corporate setting, change it to a regular shoulder bag. Also, it's nice and big so I can fit all my kids' snacks and toys as well as the notebooks and electronic gadgets that I need for work.

Haven't really met a Lucky bag I didn't like, and have to say this bag performs well. Took it on a trip and it was great for shopping. A little hot but not too heavy. It performed well and all Lucky bags are well made, you won't be disappointed.

Pretty sweet bag!
I love the bag itself, the best part is the strap that can be alternated or removed. I do wish the drop for the handles was a tad bigger; it’s a bit tight on my shoulder. It would also be nice if they did the lining in a lighter color so you could see inside the bag, (purple has brown lining) or even go for a cool print that matches the outside. It is nice to know this bag is a staple for Lucky Brand, so it's available in basics and seasonal colors.

A different type of style -
I am enjoying my new Abbey's Road hand bag. What you see is the real thing, looks exactly like picture. If you are looking for a large bag this is not the one. Only room for wallet and few other small items. I also like the adjustable straps.

This is by far my favorite Lucky Brand! I have three and they are all great and I use them all but the Abbey Road bag is my everyday everywhere every time bag. It is exactly the kind of vintage natural leather that looks so great with everything and the strap can be worn two ways and both ways look good and are comfortable. It's very lightweight and holds everything without cramping, with lots of pockets for cell, makeup, books, keys, etc. etc. I was a bagaholic but now that I have my Abbey Road bag, there is no need to look any further! I have it in the natural burgundy color... sharp!

I received this purse as a gift and was pleasantly surprised with it! The bag is so different in style compared to any of my other purses; I typically like designers such as Dooney & Bourke so style is really different. The teal blue/green color is gorgeous! I love that I can wear this bag as a stylish messenger when I feel more casual, or pull it up and wear it as a floppy shoulder bag when I want to be more girly. The leather is VERY soft and forms wonderfully against the body, so it doesn't even feel like you're carrying around a big purse! I highly recommend because it's got such a great boho casual style to it.

I love this bag! It is roomy and because it is cross body, I don't feel like I'm carrying a heavy bag. The leather is very soft the color is beautiful - perfect for Spring and Summer! I bought it in the Blue Tapestry leather.
