I love this bag. I bought it in the ultraviolet color. It's bigger than I thought, but I still love it. The front/outside zip pocket is deep (to the bottom of the bag). It's a good place to put things you don't use 15 times a day, but still want in your purse. I gave 4 stars overall, because I'm cheap and it's a little spendy & it was bigger than I thought. It's still a wonderful bag, and I carry it every day.

Gorgeous bag, great color, but not wearing well. A few light, misty days have caused the stamped embossing to fade way, way back. The color transfers to clothing and other surfaces. And the leather smells goat-like.

I'm impressed! Few companies care about customer service anymore because they seem to believe they have American consumers "over a barrel." Why provide good customer service when they don't have to? At least goes the thinking. I deplore talking to "Customer Service" representatives in overseas. I don't understand them and they don't understand me. And they don't solve problems, they just read from printed cue cards. So...THANK YOU for caring about customer service. It DOES matter to me, it DOES matter to the American public. Next time I need shoes, you'll be the first place I shop.
