Had high expectations for this bag, given all the positive reviews. Unfortunately, once received, it was a bit of a letdown. The photos online given the impression that it's a little bigger than it looks (the listed dimensions are accurate but knowing "x inches in length" and such do not really give one a feel for how the bag actually looks in person). The bag looks better as a "hobo" with the longer handle than as a "doctor bag" with the two short handles. The longer handle, however, does not make it very easy to access the bag's interior and the front pocket is a tad tight to be really useful. Overall, not bad.

I purchased this in Teak and absolutely love it! I\'ve been looking for a classic, stylish, affordable bag to be used for work and weekends for some time now, and when I saw this one, I knew the search was over. I think you will find that having the choice of handles or shoulder strap makes this bag great for every day. And you can secure the shoulder strap underneath the bag (there are a couple of loops, like beltloops, that you can feed it through, and you don\'t even notice they are there) which really adds to the cool factor. I also like the vintage look, soft leather (it\'s not a heavy bag by itself, which is great), and lack of brand/tag placement. It\'s a classic in my book.

Great bag, love the leather. Hang really nice on your shoulder, and able to carry a lot. Again this is a beautiful color - Teak. Ordering another style of SAK in Teak. This style/color is popular all year around.

I LOVE this bag!! I do wish there were bigger pockets inside though. But other than that, everything is awesome! There are a lot of cute little details to this bag! I give it 5 stars for sure!

I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
