Wide means wide on this shoe. I ordered a WW and it was way too wide; also they fit very big and look big. I usually wear a 9.5-10 and size 10 on this shoe seems like an 11. Not very attractive although, they are comfortable.

I received an email that my order was upgraded to priority shipping for no other reason than to say “Thanks for the business.” These are the kinds of things that totally win over customers, getting something extra when all you expect is the normal.
