Makes me feel like a kid -
They look great. They are much more true to size than the other brand of canvas sneakers I looked at. There not the most supportive shoe I ever tried on, but there way fun.

A little break-in goes a long way - I love the look of these, but the break in time caused a nasty blister. While they are long enough for my feet, they were narrower than I hoped and it took a while to get them comfortable. But we're there now.

These shoes are very comfortable, great for going out cause they still look dressy. The company uses a wedge type of thing in the sole that feels funky at first, but very comfortable now.

Classic style gets noticed -
Much more comfortable than All-Stars, these PF's always get noticed. Guys you know what I am talking about...guys always look down to see what kicks yr throwing, and these stand out immediately. I went to 10.5's (usually a 10) as suggested my many because my foot is a bit wide. I made a good choice.

NICE!
They arrived 19 hours after I placed the order... TOO cool. They are exactly what I wanted and what I was looking for. When I first put them on, I have to admit that I was a little disappointed with the fit. They seemed a little narrow with not so much arch support. After wearing them for a couple of hours, they were fine... not like my Keen's, but decent. Now, the only thing that I don't like is that because they have these ridges that run down from top to bottom, those tend to wear from your standard walking motion on the front and back. Good overall kicking around shoe.

Great look, too narrow - My foot is normal width, but these shoes are way too narrow in the toe box. The height of the toe box is also too short. I even tried going up a half size and they were still too tight. A full size up might have worked, but they were already too long at .5 size up, so I passed. A shame because they look great.

I have bought 0.5 size larger than my actual size and that was a good decision. Much more comfortable than Converse, honestly. Great look. Really like them.

I really love the shoe, I ordered it in red but it's closer to burgundy and would like to exchange them. Of all the canvas shoes I have this PF Flyer has got to be the most comfortable.

Love these PF Flyers - I feel younger just knowing I'm wearing them! The fit is great and I like the navy. Wish they had red in my size, too - I'd order a second pair!

They look great!
These are a great alternative to your typical lace-up canvas shoe. They are well-made and LOOK it. I think they run a bit large though. In retrospect, I should have gone half a size lower.

Converse vs. PF flyers -
I hope this review answers some fit questions for women. In dress shoes I wear an 8, hiking shoes. Athletic shoes, a 9. In Converse with the unused but necessary extra toe room, men’s 6.5. The PF Flyers are woman’s 8.5 and fit like a dream! The lowish heel is great for people like me with prominent bony ankles, yet don't slip off. They are very comfortable sized with gym socks, for me. Best of all, they don't make you look like you are wearing skis!

Just like the ones I wore when I was 6. You can definitely "run faster and jump higher." All the details are maintained to the original. Way cool!

Really comfortable for walking around -
I find them to be more comfortable than Converse - the insoles in them are nice. They're good looking and don't make my feet look too long like they do with Chuck Taylors.

The most comfortable canvas shoe ever -
These shoes are awesome. I liked the first pair I bought so much, I then bought two more within days. In fact, they are so sweet my dad even remarked how much he liked them. So for Father’s Day a pair of these will be one of the gifts he will receive. Great shoes, buy them. Mine ran true to size. Some folks say buy a 1/2 size or a full size bigger, but I didn't need that. Bought a size 12 and felt great in all three pairs.

Not perfect, but better than others -
I teeter on 6 and 6.5 and 6.5 was definitely better for this shoe (I find usually better to go up for canvas shoes, Cnverse etc). The lauded support is non existent. I've been wearing the all blacks for work where I walk a lot and after 3 weeks, they have started to squeak a little and rub a bit at the back. Hopefully they'll break in a little more. Tends to happen with low ankle socks only. Wow, this review sounds like a dirge... they look great!

Love these.
I love how these shoes look. I wouldn't wear them for a marathon, but to kick around in, these are great shoes. I can't wear Converse because they squish my toes. I ordered 1/2 size bigger on these PF Flyers and they are perfect. No toe squishing.

Best shoes - EVER -
This is my fourth pair of PF Flyers. Love them. Converse hurt my feet after about an hour and a half. These I could wear for a week straight. And the best part: unlike Chucks, you don't see them on everyone. I always wear a 6.5 in any type of "athletic" shoe. These fit perfectly.

A Bit Stiff -
I'm a size 7, but I had to exchange it for a 7.5. The 7.5 fits well, but I can't really tie the sneaker like I would any other sneaker. The fabric and sole is a bit stiff. I had to tie the laces a little loose. If you don't, the fabric tries to fold into the top of your foot, which it can't do because of something called bone. Other than that, the red is a nice, bright red!

Good for the Short Haul -
I was pretty excited to get my pair of PF Flyers, the first I have had since I last played stick ball. My wife has two pairs and loved them. But I am one of those people with the in-between sizes, larger arch and shorter toes, or something, and while these shoes are looking good, they are only comfortable for short walks and hanging around. I wouldn't want to evacuate a California earthquake in them, nor would I want to spend the night dancing. To barbecue, take a short walk along the beach, you can wash 'em, so that helps, yeah they are just fine for that. While my wife's look cute on her feet, I look to some extent like I'm wearing snow shoes. Not sure why, but the PF Flyers look a long longer than I would like. Because of the sizing issue, I was told by the person who answered the Zappos phone, to buy them at true size, I have a shade more room in the toe than is comfortable. I also don't like the fact that the shoe's tongue is tough to keep centered, same is true with Converse, etc., and slips off at a not-so-rakish angle. Originally, I planned on buying this one pair for a try out and then buying more. I'll just stick with the one pair.

Better than I’d hoped -
They are wide at the mouth, and low in the back. The toe feels good, not too wide or too narrow. It’s just the heel part feels unexpectedly shallow, and it seems like the top of the shoe should go back further on my foot. They’re not really uncomfortable, just different feeling.

I have been looking for some work shoes for some time now when I decided that I would try online. I searched the type of shoe I wanted and your web site came up. I ordered the shoes (which I got at a great price) and I waited for the shoes to get to me through the mail. Imagine my surprise when I recieved my shoes in 2 days instead of 4! When I checked my email, you sent me an email stating that you upgraded my shoe order! I was already extremely happy about the price of the shoes, not having to pay for shipping and handling, and the short amount of time that I would have to wait for the shoes to get to me, but to have them get here in 2 days!
