Great for my show, not so comfy.
These shoes got to my house in 14 HOURS. Isn't that insane? I actually screamed when they came. Zappos is awesome people! But seriously, these things are really good. Besides the fact that they really hurt and are 3/4 smaller than they say. Order a size up people! But for dancing and stage stuff and such, they're really good!

I was looking for a comfortable shoe to wear around the house and these fit the bill. The only issue was where the heel was under the sole. It created a ridge that was not comfortable, but by adding a half sole insert, they are great. I love wearing these.

These shoes have a magic quality that enhance my Jazz classes. In fact, I auditioned with them was cast in the show. Thank you, it saved me a subway trip during the holiday season.

I could not believe how quickly my jazz shoes arrived at my door. And even after the 1pm deadline for overnight shipping, I still received them the next day. I made a giant guess at the size that I needed. I wear an 11.5 street shoe, so I ordered a pair of 14 medium. Fit like a glove. I will definitely be shopping at Zappos again.

Good dance shoe, AMAZING customer service -
Shoe was appropriate for what I needed (an intro level dance course) but the service at Zappos was amazing. I found the shoe for less later and they gave me 110% of the price difference back AND were nice about it. They even told me to call back if within 10 days I found a better price and they would refund that back as well. This is THE place to buy shoes. No other online shoe company can compare.

Let me first say that Zappos was a very easy company to work with. Customer service was A+. The shoe sizing was tough to figure out. The site recommended 2 sizes up from your street size. I usually wear a 10, so I ordered a 12. Too big. Sometimes I can go down to a 9 1/2 or even a 9 in street depending on the brand. If your size varies, go with two sizes up from the smaller size. 11 1/2 fit me pretty well, but I think I could even go to an 11 considering that they are leather and will stretch. Also, don't order wide unless your foot is really wide.

My daughter needed this shoe as part of a costume for a play. She is usually a women's 7, but the 7.5 was barely big enough for her. I think an 8 would have fit her better, and so I would say these run about a full size small. She found the shoes very uncomfortable to stand and walk in, as they have no arch support at all. I'd like to add that Zappos' service is fabulous, and I am delighted with every order I have made!

Perfect jazz/hip-hop shoe.
Great fit for a wide foot with a high arch, has good support and doesn't slip off the heel. Ordered a full size larger than street shoes.

Nice, but uncomfortable after awhile.
These jazz shoes are very comfortable on the upper side of your foot, but start to kill your heels after 2 hours of wear. I wear a 7, and the 7 and a half fit perfectly. Good shoe if you aren't going to be dancing for very long.

Ordered for a male and used order directions. Male shoe size was 9 so an 11 was ordered. Much too small. Could have used a 12. Out of stock.

I have really enjoyed using these jazz shoes. The only complaint I have about them is that they are too narrow. I even ordered the wide version and they are still too narrow. I am not a serious dancer, I just needed these shoes for a class I am taking, but I think that these shoes need to be offered in an additional width for people like me. Thanks so much for the wonderful fast delivery of them. I was very impressed.

These are great shoes. I use them for my Tai Chi classes. They are supple and yet provide support for my arches. That is a great combination for Tai Chi moves.

Trying to find wide width jazz shoes locally was a tough thing to do. Zappos.com had exactly what we were looking for. The order was fulfilled in a accurate and quick manner, instructions for returns were precise and easy to understand. I received a shoe catalog in the mail this week and saw a pair of one of my favorite shoe designers, Stuart Weitzman, sport boots. Without thinking, I got online to order them. At check-out I realized their online security wasn't adequate, so I didn't finalize my order. As they were 'new' shoes for fall I didn't think Zappos would have them yet. I should have known! Zappos not only had them, but I saved $30.00 and a longer wait to get them, and you provide a strong security web site.
