I bought a pair of these 2 years ago. After three wearings, the back sole broke loose from the shoe. I sent them to my shoe repair man (fixing shoes for 49 years), and he said it was the worst constructed shoe he has seen in years. He said he would try his best to repair it, but with no guarantee it would not happen again because of the poor construction. Sure enough, two wearings later it happened again. I then sent the shoes to Kenneth Cole (they gave me a free FedEx label) because they said they would repair them. 2 months later, I got them back. Wouldn't you know it, two wearings later the back sole ripped off the shoe again! I sent them back two months ago, and called last week to see why I had not heard from them. The representative told me that the repair shop fixed them, and then they went to inspection, and the inspector told them to send the shoe back to repair.

I am very disappointed. These seem to be cheaply made and feel like something you would buy at Payless. The shoes run large, not true to size at all.

I am a very satisfied Zappos customer and a very likely repeat Zappos customer. My two pairs of shoes arrived faster than I expected, the shoes were perfect and the price is unbelievably lower anywhere else.
