First of all, the product was fabulous; fit perfectly (like walking on air and this was never possible for me), looks great and makes my far-from-perfect-feet look quite good. Zappos' service was over the top. I have never received anything so fast. I highly recommend for anyone with "problem" feet, who still wants to wear a comfortable and great looking modern sandal.

Nice quality shoe. I have a wide foot, and the style of this shoe keeps my foot from bulging out. The shoe looks very nice, and is comfortable even if it's a bit snug. I ordered the wide-width, and it's a tight fit, but not so tight I can't wear it. The little heel gives it a dressy look, which makes it great for work.

I love the shoe...I did get it a size larger because I have noticed that my heel is not comfortable resting on the sole of the regular size shoe I wear (when the shoes are like these). They are dressy and yet casual...and I like the toe support...this helps to keep the shoe from slipping off of my foot. The leather is rich and soft as it is on the padded portion of the shoe for the foot...I will and already did buy more of this brand of shoe.

Not only did my purchases arrive within a day, when I thought it would take four to five, the ease with which returns are possible (the larger tote made me look like an elf so I downsized) guarantee I will be shopping with you again! As I said in my original e-mail, I have only worn the boots several times, but I have had countless people ask where I got them and have directed them your way.
