I used Zappos for the 1st time this month, and was totally satisfied. Not only was the online ordering fast and efficient, the shoes came right on time! My daughter loved her Birkis, and now I am addicted to Zappos!

I recently purchased a pair of white Birki's. I thought I had bought the kind that I was wearing, but realized they were just a little different after I had sent away for them so I was skeptical about liking them. No need to worry! I totally fell in love with them the minute I put them on. They are awesome! They really feel great and they really made my nice outfit even nicer! They really show off, especially with the white sole. I love them! Feels right and looks right!

As with all my Birki's, I love these shoes! They are comfortable, stylish and fun. I wear them with shorts, casual dresses and skirts and jeans and get compliments every time.

	I absolutely love, love, love Zappos! Your customer service is second to none, along with your selection of shoes. Where else can you order shoes on line at 11PM and have them delivered to your front door within 24-48 hrs? And then, if it doesn't work out or the shoes don't fit, you let me send them back free of charge! And I have 365 days to do that. I am and always will be a loyal Zappos fan and tell everyone I know.
