I used Zappos for the 1st time this month, and was totally satisfied. Not only was the online ordering fast and efficient, the shoes came right on time! My daughter loved her Birkis, and now I am addicted to Zappos!

I recently purchased a pair of white Birki's. I thought I had bought the kind that I was wearing, but realized they were just a little different after I had sent away for them so I was skeptical about liking them. No need to worry! I totally fell in love with them the minute I put them on. They are awesome! They really feel great and they really made my nice outfit even nicer! They really show off, especially with the white sole. I love them! Feels right and looks right!

As with all my Birki's, I love these shoes! They are comfortable, stylish and fun. I wear them with shorts, casual dresses and skirts and jeans and get compliments every time.

 |  | Zappos Customer Service, You probably hear mostly from people with complaints. I wanted to take a moment to send some positive feedback. Every order I have placed with Zappos has been a good experience. Many times you upgrade the shipping on your own and I have the item overnight (as occurred with an order I placed yesterday - the item is out for delivery already!) I am in business and know that that is not something you have to do; so I just wanted to say thank you. It's little things like that that make a good service a great service.
