Even though this shoe has a low heel, they are very sexy on. They make a statement: fun, sassy but classy. I had a lot of compliments. I wore them for my wedding and danced in them all night long with no problem.

The shoe is as beautiful in person as it is on the picture. Fits true to size and very comfortable. The only thing to be sure of is what ivory you are looking for. It’s more an off white than ivory. I was looking to match it to an ivory dress and the color was a little off. The shoes are not dyable...

They are just as cute in person! The bows are big, bold with rhinestones, and asymmetrical. I can't wait to tear up the rug on my wedding day in these bad boys. If you don't appreciate quirkiness these are not for you.

They look cute in the picture and are ok in person, except the bow is waaaayyyyy too big and asymmetrical for my liking.

 |  | I can't thank you enough! I have always had a difficult time finding comfortable shoes because I have a very narrow foot. I now have a medical foot issue that has progressed to the point of needing to replace nearly all of my shoes with relatively flat, well-made (translation: expensive) shoes to enable me just to walk without excessive pain. Needless to say, it is difficult to know immediately if a given shoe will both fit my narrow foot and not cause a great deal of pain after an hour of wear. Your free-return policy has been a true blessing to me. It is not easy to spend $170.00 on a pair of shoes that may hurt my feet after an hour and be unwearable if those shoes cannot be returned easily. The specialty shoe store in my area is great, but they offer a limited selection and any special orders can only be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Other online shoe stores require me to pay the return shipping fee and cannot begin to match the customer service that you provide. This can get costly and time consuming when one has the type of issues I have and needs to replace an entire wardrobe of shoes with well-built shoes. I have to say, even if I did not have foot issues, Zappos would be my shoe store for the selection and great customer service alone. Additionally, you offer such quick shipping, the best customer service I have found in as long as I can remember and great selection. I am incredibly happy that I was told about Zappos. You have simplified this part of my life, and believe me, with my foot pain, that is a very large part of my life. I have written other thank you notes to Zappos as well, but I wanted to send a special note of thanks for the quick shipping. I will continue to rave about Zappos to friends and family!
