These are great shoes, very comfortable. They look good with dress pants or jeans. As usual, I received my shoes the day after I ordered them - Zappos is the best shoe company online.

I didn't find that this boot ran true to fit. I usually take a Narrow width in the sandals/clogs/shoes, but had to get a Medium in this boot. In addition, this style is not as padded as other Softwalk shoes, sandals or clogs. I found it necessary to add additional padding for which there was room in the wider style. The boots are still a little wide in the heel, but will "do" for a planned trip. I like them, but was sorry I had to add additional padding.

I love this little boot for looking chic while doing a lot of walking; it gives the trendy bootie look without the 3 or 4" heel height and the silhouette is dressy enough to wear with a little dress, with or without low socks. The arch support is excellent. I did have to order my size in the wide width because although my ankles are narrow, the top of the boot was hitting one ankle, but that could just be the way I walk.

I really like these shoes. They look like boots when worn with jeans. They\'re easy to put on, they\'re made of very good leather, and if you get the right size, they\'re very comfortable. I liked them so much, I got another pair in the brown leather. I have a wide foot and have a hard time finding cute shoes that fit properly. I\'d about given up. Glad I found these on Zappos.

These boots look great! The most incredible feature is their comfort. I wore these Softwalk Santee boots for the first week I had them every day on a walking tour. The boots were as comfortable as slippers from the first time I put them on!

Really cute bootie. But wow! It runs really small. I usually wear an 8, sometimes wide, sometimes not. I needed for these to be really comfy (but not frumpy) because I have an arthritic right foot. I ordered and 8.5 W(D), but it fits more like an 7.5 or 8B (regular). I'll try the next size up and hope for the best.

 |  | I am a F.T. bar tender and am on my feet all night standing, walking and sometimes running! I work hard! I have had the same work shoes that I LOVE for about 10 years! I found your site through my daughter and found a pair of what I thought would be good work shoes. I saved my tips and months later made the order. I was ambivalent about spending so much money on SHOES but decided to just do it! They arrived yesterday morning! I wore them last night for the first time forgetting to bring a back up pair in case they hurt (new shoes and all). Well, I'm just sooooo happy to say that I LOVE them! My feet were just fine – ALL NIGHT! They were like wearing slippers w/ arch support. This morning I put my poor old tired out work shoes in the trash with no regrets! Your staff was SO kind and helpful over the phone and the promptness of delivery was amazing! Thank you so much! I'm getting my outfit ready for tonight and look forward to sporting my new Nato shoes! Consequently, I am now an internet shoe shopper! GO ZAPPOS! LOVE-LOVE-LOVE YOU!!!
