Cute summer sandal. Nice step up from a flip flop. True to size in length, but runs a little wide. Comfortable except that the braid part of the sandal is stiff and hurt the top of my feet, but I fixed that by sticking a shoe pad right below the braid. Now they are fine.

These shoes are super cute and go with pretty much everything. My feet tend to be a bit wider than the average and the sandals fit perfectly but they could run wide for those with narrow feet. I love them! An awesome summer sandal!

The sandals run wide and the toe thong hurt the first couple of times I wore them. I have bought Kenneth Cole sandals before and loved them. This pair of sandals is okay. Cannot wear them for extended periods of time because the straps around my foot are too wide and my foot slides all over the place.

Love them...
I really like these sandals. I expected them to be uncomfortable and stiff on the top of my foot; however, I was pleasantly surprised to find that that wasn't the case. The soles are stiff and flat but not uncomfortable. No arch support, but you can see that by just looking at them.

 |  | Dear Zappos, I just wanted to send a quick note to tell you that I will be a loyal customer for as long as you exist! I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
